Frank and Franco worked hard. They were a good crew, neat. Don't count on this company to give you back the responses or paperwork or deposit quickly. I've requested NYSERDA remove them from their Particpating Contractor list. They had 2 individuals come to my house, one to ask for a 5 star review another to deliver paperwork that was dated shortly after their work was completed but not hand delivered until 3 months later.
