I scheduled an appointment with Nurse Ashley to discuss some concerns I had with the C02 laser resurfacing procedure a month prior. I had some hyperpigmentation areas that worried me and I wasn’t sure what to do. I scheduled an appointment with her at the Vacaville office. I came here to have Botox applied to a small section in my forehead in mid February. Days later I had a followup and more Botox was needed in order to me to see reasonable results. I came back AGAIN in early April only to have the Aestheticians tell me the Botox that they gave me was DILUTED and the effects were already wearing off as a natural cycle.. IT ONLY LASTED 7 WEEKS!! If you visit this establishment, you run the risk of receiving diluted, watered down, overpriced treatment and wasted time!
Dr. Wagner and staff are very caring, helpful, and professional. It is very easy to reach Dr. Wagner with a question or concern. He responds promptly. It has been a joy dealing with Rella Aesthetics and highly recommend them for weight loss.
I’ve been going to Rella for over a year now. First for their skin care services and then their weight loss services. My experience with both has been stellar. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional. I’ve predominantly worked with Anna and Sandra. Both are so supportive. I look forward to my visits. The breadth of services offered is impressive. I cannot recommend Rella enough.
