I am still firey angry till this day. This man NEIL RELKIE whiplashed my child. His wife, CINDY RELKIE, said, "That's what happens when you move'' to a child on a plane ride. I'm not sure how good of a stained glass artist Neil Relkie is, but he is a horrible human being, who would not hesitate to hurt a child. Here is what happened... I was on a flight home from a nice family vacation from Los Cabos.
