Update after owner response: I appreciate the acknowledgment; however, my review explicitly called out 3 separate concerns, not just pricing. I also mentioned paying for — but not receiving — a follow-up call from the doctor to review my bloodwork, as well as a prior visit where blood was drawn in the same room as another patient receiving injections, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Went from getting bloodwork done at $99, to $150, to $250, and now $275. Each increase was blamed on a “new lab.” Pretty insane to nearly triple pricing for a repeat customer. On top of that, the doctor never called for our scheduled appointment to review results — which was supposedly included in the price. And the last time I went in, my blood draw was being done in the same room as someone actively receiving injections.
