Update after owner response: I appreciate the acknowledgment; however, my review explicitly called out 3 separate concerns, not just pricing. I also mentioned paying for — but not receiving — a follow-up call from the doctor to review my bloodwork, as well as a prior visit where blood was drawn in the same room as another patient receiving injections, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.
