It looked like a great business. But these owners are unethical. My third month after joining I could not get an appointment... only to find out they abruptly closed their sandy springs location with no warning! Seems the owners also have a Chamblee location; so when I discovered the problem they apologized profusely, assuring they would not keep charging the monthly facial membership and would refund the two they owed me, since I told them I could not switch to the Chamblee location.
