This review is a bit late!! We actually got our blinds installed at the beginning of the summer, however, we’d not been able to get up to our property for some time. We arrived tonight and were pleasantly DELIGHTED when we arrived. The blinds are perfection. I am so pleased. The experience was seamless from beginning to end. Can not recommend enough. If you are not using Relish, you are simply blind.
We were very happy with the service from Relish blinds. Right from our first appointment in their store, Jess and Leah were very helpful. Our at home appointment with Leah was the clincher of choosing them to install room darkening shades in our two guest room and den. Leah was very knowledgeable and flexible with my indecision on choosing the right application(s). Jess kept us informed every step of the way regarding the order and installation process. We had a great experience working with Relish Blinds! They are very professional and we loved their communication throughout the process. From day one when we met Leah to discuss window covering options to the final install day with Chad, everything was honest, transparent, professional and very comfortable. We felt cared for, not just a customer. I will be purchasing more window coverings from Relish in the near future.
