I’m very disappointed with the service I received, especially after spending $400 on my hair. When I returned to the salon with concerns, I was told that I didn’t take proper care of it, which felt more like an excuse than a genuine attempt to help. I followed up multiple times as advised, but was constantly told someone would call me back after confirming with the hair technician — that call never came.
