Went in for my apt, gave appropriate documentations and was told a NP would follow up with me via phone. This was a week ago. I contacted them the day of the scheduled appointment and had someone tell me they do not know how the televisits work and to check my email to see whether I received a link. No email received. I have since been calling and I've not been able to leave not even a message as the voicemail is full. I was referred here and wanted like them but it seems that they are not organized.
