This is a wonderful service - when, it works. I've had this service for several years, and - most of the time - the methodology works; but, it's bound to break down due to the loose, internal, structure; all the nurses, seem, not, to be working (with) for anyone. When their people show up, they're good workers, but lately they only show up when they feel like it.
Zero professionalism. Broke the Hippocrates oath. The nurses showed up on time but switched nurses every single visit. The director of the program dropped me as a patient because “it is too hard to coordinate” as she said. An absolute joke. Every single time I spoke with a nurse to make an appt, I literally replied “yes I am available” and apparently that is too much for them to handle, so I was left high and dry by “Relief”. All of the nurses here are great. But the one who's been there for me through everything, gone above beyond his call of duty is Nurse Mike N. He's been there for me every step of my journey including working closely with my surgeons to keep me alive. He always keeps my spirits up, never lets me feel sick or like anything was wrong with me. He wants to see his patients win and he brings that energy to my house everday. He's always there when I need him.
