Really weird and probably narcissistic healthcare provider. Plenty of other places to go to with better customer service/ bedside manner.
The office manager was quite rude and practically hung in my face just now. She must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed.
Erica is a wonderful doctor who provides exceptional patient care. She really cares about her patients and is a remarkable human being. Am grateful to have found her 😇
Dr. Young is excellent, very patient and thorough. She like all good doctors takes the time to listen and asks a lot of questions. My Dad has been taken well care of since he is seeing her. Medicines are very affordable and she finds good prices on other services like X Rays. Her assistant Paris is unbelievably efficient and nice, always smiling. I highly recommend her practice.
Dr. Erica Young is one of the best doctors in Savannah. I refer to her frequently. The direct primary care model is how healthcare is supposed to work. Since she doesn't take health insurance, she doesn't have the paperwork burden that most doctors have and that allows her to spend tremendously more time with you, her patient.
