I would strongly caution anyone considering the VivAer procedure with Dr. Sreek. I now have a septal perforation (a hole in my septum). The most upsetting part is that I was not adequately numbed before the procedure. I could literally feel the instrument inside my nose and felt a hot, burning pain while it was being done. I knew something wasn't right and wish I had walked out then. A year later, I returned because I was concerned about the scabbing and how thin my septum felt. AMAZING RESULTS! After years of suffering through chronic sinus problems, Dr. Cherukuri restored my ability to breathe freely resulting in improved sleep, decreased fatigue and headaches and eliminated my constant, annoying nasal congestion and drainage. As a physician myself, I had deferred treatment due to perceived time constraints and down-time for procedures. Not the case with new procedures! Dr Sreek and glady are amazing. I have never had a dr care or be proactive on my behalf. I love that he doesn't judge you and wants to actually take care of your issue. ive waited over a year to finally have a dr take my issue seriously and he did that. Glady and Sreek will call to check on you even off the clock. I love that he put all his focus on his patient I dont know where I would be without them thank you so much.

I would love more information as to why A patient advocate called me to apologize for Dr. SCIANNA’s Inappropriate behavior and inappropriate comments as to NOT ONLY HE ASKED WHAT AM I SMOKING? when I am dealing with an “invisible tissue issue” that you can only see with an *MRI* yet he stuck something up my nose so fast and so hard that had nothing to do with the appointment????????
