Where to start... I was expected to have balloon sinoplasty 3 weeks ago. Was on medication, and a literal day prior to my surgery, I'm told they have to cancel because insurance refused coverage. Called insurance, they claim they approved it partially and sent it back. When Dr. Cherukuri submitted it again to get the rest approved, it was less than 2 weeks away from the surgery and they sent it back when they reviewed it. This practice is committed to giving you relief. Dr. Abraham did allergy testing on my first visit and I saw Dr. Cherukuri a week later. Dr. C. did an amazing history and physical exam and talked through treatment options step-by-step with thorough explanations and instructions. I love working with ethical doctors that want to help me find the root of my problems… This team really cares. I visited the ENT doctor because I was sick with viruses last year every month and recovered just for one week and then sick again.
