Ive tried numerous times to login and change things under my account. Only to always be told my session expired when. I literally just typed in my username and password. Ive had to change my login info multiple times to only come up to the same page of "Your session has expired." At this point. I want to cancel and no longer waste my money on this so called product.

My son and I were very impressed with the customer service provided by the representative and the case agent. Both were knowledgeable, patient, empathetic, and toke their time to explain to us how to interpret the information from the scan and recommending the next step. Their response was immediate and impressive!

So far I like what I am seeing. I know that my credit score and other people trying to steal my indenty.

ReliaShield only contacts me for good reason. I've signed up with credit raters (Exerian, TransUnion, etc.) and finally blocked them emailing me (credit card offers, etc.,) to constantly email on issues that have nothing to do with the SECURITY of my credit.
