We used them for our assistant living and they did our MAR. Each month for our Residents. Unfortunately they had more wrong with it then they had right. If I could give them lower then one star I would have.
Very poor. Can’t deliver on time. I need nebulizer meds & they deliver lately one or two days worth since i’m deaf & do not use phone I have to have family keep calling. Seldom receive meds when promised. Never full refill. Very frustrating & has caused me much anxiety & stress. Can’t sleep well wondering if meds will come. It seems no two workers will tell you same thing. One doesn’t’t know what the other is doing.
