I purchased a card reader from reliantpay, I was not using their merchant services, 3 years later I was losing my merchant services so I reached out to Denny at reliant pay. Apparently Denny had been calling my old phone number because I got a new number. Denny was angry and rude when I got him on the phone, complained at me for not returning his calls that I never received... Basically told me good luck and hung up. Very unprofessional.
