I wanted to take a moment to recognize Nicole and Ridha, nurses from Adult Medicine in Westborough, for their exceptional kindness and care. After I had a fall the evening prior, I stopped in for scheduled bloodwork—Then, without an appointment for any additional care, I walked down to Adult Medicine. Hands down the ABSOLUTE WORST adult medicine or primary care you could possibly have. You WILL NOT be able to see your primary doctor unless you want to book out 2-3 weeks at a time they also allow not only your primary care doctor but also the NP to both leave for multiple weeks at time. The most unprofessional, USELESS "care team" you can get! If you do book an appointment there's a good chance you should call to confirm because chances are they are going to "forget" to actually book the appointment. Please do yourself a f... read more
I arrived at the clinic in Westborough a few minutes late because of roadworks and the road closure. When I asked to see the doctor, they flatly refused, saying there were other patients, even though the clinic was empty. This made me feel very upset and resentful of them and the way they treated me, and therefore I will look for a different clinic.Very very very bad customer service
