Had an appointment yesterday and the receptionist said they do not accept Medicare or a PPO only HMO for a COVID test even though website says they do. Called Medicare and they DO pay for testing free as I was exposed and should have been tested. Went elsewhere an was taken care of same day with Medicare. Obviously staff does not know what they are doing and was very Rude! Will not go back for any service ever!
