Not the best experience. Long wait time for something that literally took 5 minutes to do they helped people that came in after I did even though I was waiting for 20 min. The person that attended to me didn't seem to be well trained they had to get assistance from another person and they still messed up. Then after the 1st person messed up I was told I would need to go to another location just to get done what they were supposed to do.
My total time from walking in to leaving was 3 hours. Came in at 12pm and left at 3:15pm. Waited nearly 2 hours in the waiting room and another 30-45 minutes in the waiting room. I had a tb test, urine drug test, and a physical for a job. No reason this should take 3 hours. Staff were nice but not really caring in regards to the time. Try to avoid.
Not a good place front desk person said she didn't have a doctor available not sure if this was true or not she also had like a sexism preference was nice and helpful to the men and helpful with the men but with me and my mom not so helpful what a embarassment. Just cuz my mom saw this also. I came in because I got a toe injury that's now infected and she couldn't help me not coming back here try the pico Rivera location way better service two times off Washington Blvd same company better experience.
