Great title company! Fare pricing and polite people! If you are in need I would go to them. I was definitely satisfied.
I used this group for closing of a home I just sold. They have customer service issues. have not attempted to communicate with me one time throughout the process. Getting status updates or any information what so ever is like pulling teeth. Was told this morning she they would check on the status of payout and call me back in a few minutes, it has been hours. Very unprofessional.
Beware, they tried to tell us the survey would be $600 and didn't even provide the quote to us. When I questioned them about it the price suddenly dropped to $350.
I closed on my new home with this company and they were wonderful. Very professional and make sure you understand every paper you sign.
