I did an investment property through Reliant using Ann, she was great and made the process smooth. She was available for questions and easy to get a hold of and actually answered the phone when called. I recommend using this company and will use them again. Also, I like the location....very convenient.

Closed early Friday morning funded Friday at 6 o'clock p.m. it is Monday 12:05 p.m. still no money Call title company Several times to no Avail promise they will get back with me when they call their accounting department But they never do
