I've never felt more understanding and involved. Fred made me open my eyes to my situation. I started out blaming the world, he helped me accept and understand how to take responsibility and accountability for my actions. I am now a more knowledgeable and stronger person for that. He’s a been there done that kind of person and helps relate to the world not what the world wants on paper. It was mandatory that I take a D&A course. What wasn't mandatory was the friendship, the support, the professionalism, and the compassion I received from Relient Services.
