DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Reliant put our roof on 7 years ago. They were pleasant to work with THEN. Since 2017, they have been out to repair poor workmanship leaks several times on different areas of my roof. Last week I called them to request a repair on yet another leak around my chimney - the same leak they fixed in 12/23. It took several days to get someone to answer the phone. I called Reliant Roofing to a new roof. There team was on time and professional. All old roofing and bad wood was removed and placed in the dumpster that was in my driveway. Upon completion the on site supervisor made sure the surrounding yard was free of roofing nails and debris. I highly recommend Reliant for anyone that needs a new roof.
My HOA needed a new roof for our community Pavillion. Reliant assessed our needs and gave us an excellent quote. Reliant handled all the permitting and the work was done in one day. Excellent quality, looks beautiful and they took care of some small issues we had. Our roof was 25 years old and needed some small repairs. Reliant Roofing installed a solar tube / sun tunnel in my house in Jan 2024. Six months later it's still great. The house faces north and the lanai faces south so I never had direct sunlight in my living room. It would be gloomy at mid day. The tunnel changed the look of the living room completely. They were quick and professional and competitively priced. Would recommend.
