I placed an order on Thursday afternoon the week before Valentine's Day and my order was delivered the next morning. I have been buying ribbon from here for many years and have always been very happy with the quality and service. This time I was amazed! Thank you!
I recently came into the office located in Paterson. I was asked why I was there and the lady shut the door while I waited for about 10 mins. A man then came out and asked me if I had a piece of paper to write down an email. NO business card was given. Never asked how many businesses do I owned, NOTHING... I was standing next to catalogs NO Catalogs was offered or rendered... Moral of this story: if you a person of color.. you will be dismissed, PERIOD!!!
