I couldn't get away from Reliant fast enough. Don't recommend to work for them or allow them to provide therapy.
Only allow Speech Therapy 15 min therapy Sessions. WORST CHEAPEST HORRIBLE UNORGANIZED PROVIDER Don’t care about vulnerable elderly with cramming everyone in a group Who cares they are getting. Paid Ponzi Scheme of Rehab providers Everyone is a Vice President So many Vice Presidents the need to reward with Fat bonuses and paychecks for Micromanaging Therapists and Gutting Therapist Salary They Brag about how the Therapist Salaries are overbloated… lol Vice presidents bloated salaries are great though
Terrible company. They had us working every holiday including Christmas day and Christmas eve, because patients just couldn't have a day off from their rehab (aka, Reliant couldn't have a day off from making money). They had us come to work in literal blizzards where it would take you 1-4 hours to get to work depending on how far you lived with all the traffic and highways covered in 8-12 inches of snow (Not the side roads the actual main highways covered in snow, but they just needed us there).
