Awful landlords. They over-charge on cleaning fees, they do not answer maintenance requests, and they are very unhelpful. Do not rent from them.
Called a week ago to set up an appointment to view a house they have for rent. The guy confirmed that our appointment was for 4:30 the following Monday. Called again today to verify that our appointment was at 4:30 and apparently we don't even have an appointment anymore. I have 4 other girls viewing with me and 2 of them got off of work to view the house and now the earliest we can view it is Wednesday, granted that we actually have an appointment. Unless the house is amazing, we are not going to rent from this company.
I wish I knew about the webpage before renting from these bastards. They lie and will ignore your calls and emails. They will tell you that you are responsible for crap that was already there. Make sure U take pictures and jot down when U call them make sure U write their name, time and date and reason why U called and how they solved it if they did. I am now stuck in this hell hole Bc I didn't know how much of a scumbags these people are. I didn't have a choice so in order to put my review I had to give this a one star rati... read more
Worst rental experience ever. They make up rules that aren't in the lease knowing that college kids can't afford to take them to small claims court. Don't expect to get your security deposit back- what a scam!!!
