I chose Reliant because they could come faster than the company I normally use. They temporarily fixed the leak but created a second one in the process. I had to make a down payment for the second repair to get them to come back and fix the new leak. When a repairman came back, I was told he “couldn’t find” the new leak and was quoted a much more expensive repair. Alex Maty helped us at our December flood issue at our home, we couldn’t have had better plumber to help us, he came immediately to take care of everything that needed to be done that Sunday evening. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and inspected all plumbing connections up and downstairs, he informed us what had to replaced to give us peace of mind.
