They refuse to give price estimates even for simple drain snaking over the phone so they can come in person and get you to overpay or sell you a membership. I used reliant twice and never will again. The first time the technician sold me a “membership” and mislead as to what was included. I was led to believe that snaking a drain would be free with the membership were a drain ever to clog again. Second time out clogged drain $355 to have the clog cleared. Took them 5 minutes.
They were fast to respond, but tried to massively overcharge and then waived the $90 fee to come give a quote if I wrote a good review on Google. I wound up watching a couple YouTube videos and fixed the issue myself in about 30 minutes and about $800 less than they tried to charge me. A year later my repair is still fine and I’m editing my review to be honest.

Jacob did a great job and it’s been a pleasure working with Reliant after discovering an unfortunate leak in our house! They’ve been very responsive and Jacob was very professional and solved our problem quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended!!
They came in and did a quote on my bathroom. Told me I needed to pay within four hours to get service soon so I paid the next day they came back. They went up $1800 on a quote and told me that they had seen my other quote through other companies, such as Perbeck and that they were right around the same price.
