Reliant Plumbing has always been there for any plumbing issues we have had. They are quick and efficient. We had a water leak from the cold weather and they came the same day, diagnosed the problem and scheduled it to be fixed the next day. He also was able to bypass the broken pipe so the water could be turned back on. Thank you guys!!!!

This has been one of the most unprofessional service experiences I’ve ever had. The initial plumber, Forrest Farley, barely inspected anything and immediately concluded the leak was from the washer lines. He also claimed he would check the main water line and replace the pressure regulator. Fast forward to Monday the repair crew showed up confused, not knowing what they were assigned to do, and attempted to leave without performing ANY testing to confirm the problem was resolved. I had a major plumbing project that needed to be done (trenching under the house to repair a broken sewer line), and I wanted to get multiple bids. I told Reliant Plumbing on the phone that I already knew what the issue was and that I was only looking for an estimate. They responded quickly and were able to send a crew out the next day, which I appreciated.
