I've never met a service provider that didn't actually want to provide a service, but here we are. We just bought this house a few months ago, and we wanted the attic inspected for rodent activity, since they had been up there previously and we had the attic re-insulated; I was told by the tech that wasn't necessary. I called Reliant after moving to Georgia. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was super helpful and patient with my questions when setting up my initial treatment. The technician, Carmelo was really kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process. He answered all my (many) questions and was respectful of my home. Reliant is a family owned business whom takes great care of their customers. We switched to them several years ago and couldn’t be happier.
