We use Reliant Northwest for a couple of our insurance needs. Walter and the ladies that work in the office are nothing short of amazing! Any time I have a question or request on our policies, we are met with prompt accurate information. Reliant Northwest is my absolute #1 go to for any and all insurance needs. I would recommend 1000%.

This is one of the worst insurance agencies I've ever dealt with. Thier customer service is horrible!! After SEVERAL issies, I finally decided to look elsewhere for all of my insurance needs, and canceled all policies l had through Reliant Northwest. Even though I canceled my insurance, they still waited over to weeks to cancel and the 3rd party company still took money from my account. So if anyone cancels a policy make sure Reliant actually does it.
