Carleen sat on the phone with me for 20 minutes talking with me trying to understand my situation and mental health set me up a date for a doctor and even offered me a therapist to speak with over the phone wonderful person and took care of me like I should be very impressed thank you Carleen

I rarely write reviews, but I can’t not say anything and let somebody else go through what I am going through. I am hopeful that I can save somebody the hassle and the lack of care. This location has an APC program that has nurse practitioners working closely with seasoned providers (MD). Mariah the NP is part of this program and she is not the greatest with care. You will experience the most ridiculous customer service ever, along with doctors who follow a system where you are treated more as a customer than a patient. For example, if you have an appointment that you booked six months or even a year in advance, they will call you two weeks before and tell you the doctor is not available because something came up. Calling 'patient experience' to complain or dispute issues with care received doesnt get results desired by patient. They listen, seem to be interested, but as far as I can tell, nothing is done regarding patients concerns. I called to express dismay about a doctor in pain management totally disregarding my requests to allow anesthetic to take effect before he started a painful nerve block procedure on spine in my neck area. Appointment 1: You're on time, ready for your appointment, but you have to wait 45 minutes because they're behind. It happens. Appointment 2: You're forced to stop and find a bathroom. Then traffic is higher than usual. You park and rush inside right at the 15 minute over mark, only to be told you're too late and you won't be seen. Grace for thee but not for me, I guess. BTW no where does it say you'll be canceled if late. I double checked MyChart just to be sure. It just recommends you be early at the bottom.
