I am writing to express my dissatisfication with Reliant Medical Group in Southborough and their unprofessionalism and un-trained staff. I had an appointment booked today, which I booked 5 months ago, thinking it was to get fitted for my contact lenses. Impossible to get through on the phone???? Your automated system sucks.............
Lack of communication between staff members of various depts hasnt improved over the years. Messages relayed from & to doctors often incomplete or confusing. Calling 'patient experience' to complain or dispute issues with care received is a dead end. They listen, seem to be interested, but as far as I can tell, nothing is done regarding patients concerns.
