I have been with this provider too long. And its has cost me over the years. I see these reviews now and it is not surprising at all. The reviews are correct. The Dr's and nurses spend maybe 15 minutes with you and cannot apply your medical history to help you with your medical care treatment. You get treated poorly by their staff when asking for assistance to help your care. Messages and phone calls get mixed and ignored. Checking in was easy, didn't wait long to see my provider. No problems
Lack of communication between staff members of various depts hasnt improved over the years. Messages relayed from & to doctors often incomplete or confusing. Calling 'patient experience' to complain or dispute issues with care received is a dead end. They listen, seem to be interested, but as far as I can tell, nothing is done regarding patients concerns.
