You will experience the most ridiculous customer service ever, along with doctors who follow a system where you are treated more as a customer than a patient. For example, if you have an appointment that you booked six months or even a year in advance, they will call you two weeks before and tell you the doctor is not available because something came up. Calling 'patient experience' to complain or dispute issues with care received doesnt get results desired by patient. They listen, seem to be interested, but as far as I can tell, nothing is done regarding patients concerns. I called to express dismay about a doctor in pain management totally disregarding my requests to allow anesthetic to take effect before he started a painful nerve block procedure on spine in my neck area. Appointment 1: You're on time, ready for your appointment, but you have to wait 45 minutes because they're behind. It happens. Appointment 2: You're forced to stop and find a bathroom. Then traffic is higher than usual. You park and rush inside right at the 15 minute over mark, only to be told you're too late and you won't be seen. Grace for thee but not for me, I guess. BTW no where does it say you'll be canceled if late. I double checked MyChart just to be sure. It just recommends you be early at the bottom.
The OBGYN dept needs a lot of improvement. Waited for blood reports for 2 weeks - no one calls us . No follow up . We went for ultrasound - they never told us we needed to drink 32 Oz of water 1 hr before … also the ultrasound orders by doctor was incorrect for my daughter… very poor quality of care in this dept Update- saw Dr Trista today . She was wonderful, on time , explained everything, I trusted her with my daughter health
An interesting place they’ve removed all the personality so there’s nothing at all related to you. You will never be counted here. It’s now a cold dark place. It’s all about revenue and that’s too bad.
