I have been dealing with complex insurance and pharmacy challenges for several years, and this team has been exceptional throughout the process. I love reliant medical and all of the staff there. They are very responsive if you have a medical concern. Some of the doctors can be a little blunt. However, my primary care doctor and his team is excellent and thorough. I also see endorcineolgy at this location and my doctor is very good as well as a few other specialities and all are very good. I would highly recommend Reliant Medical as a whole and Ready Med.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience because I left my medical visits feeling deeply disrespected and unhelped. Similar to another reviewer, I had a very negative experience with Mariah Black, a nurse practitioner in the APCC program. Throughout my visits, I felt I was treated more like a customer being dismissed than a patient seeking medical care.
