We bought a home from Reliant, let’s just say they an unreliable. They went up over $12,000 after signing the contract. The house is so thin you can hear everything from the rooms upstairs. When my kids jump it feels like they’re going to break the floors. The paint they use is cheap so you have to get it repainted after a year.
