I had to switch my pharmacy which came with some hiccups, but Michelle has been so very helpful. My anxiety has been on high these past couple of days and it’s been reassuring to hear from someone that is so empathetic and understanding. I also spoke to a gentleman who was kind and answered my question about prescription status with ease. It’s rare to find a team where everyone seems genuinely committed to making things easier for the patient. I really appreciate the care and patience they've shown me during this transition!
I can't speak on anyone else's experience but my own. I am very disappointed with this company in dealing with very important meds that I needed. They didn't call neither times before I ran out of meds to verify my address or anything. They also have had my meds to sit in the pharmacy for days and making it seems like they just received it when I have proof when my meds was sent to them.
