A family member was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic cancer out of the blue with immediate family members based interstate and travelling overseas. Ronelle and the team at Reliant have provided excellent care for our friend for the past two years, enabling her to live at home for as long as possible. This has included case management of all her appointments, flexible carers to get her to appointments and back, carers who were able to form a genuine bond with our friend, nursing and physiotherapy visits in the home, thoughtful liaison with us (her guardian and PoA) and help for us navigating the bureaucratic challenges of aged care in Australia. Interviewed with this company seemed nice and felt it went well. Was told I would hear 3 days later as they were seeing another candidate. Followed up 4 days later by email and no response. Tried calling the following day and left an email also. Received a call back later that day by mistake. We appreciated the professional and caring attention the Reliant team provided to our 96 year old mum after her accident. The entire team we dealt with were all warm and caring and have assisted in allowing this 96 year old lady to remain independent.
