I just want to warn people of Dr. Reddy and other doctors working w her and would not recommend going to them. I went for a checkup and physical in Grand Prairie and I believe she charged the insurance $1,000 or $2,000 just for that. I also had blood work done and everything was fine but I wasn't warned of any bills that could come up until a few months later I got a bill from Austin for my bloodwork for $4,682. I just think those are crazy amounts smh
This office is the WORST doctors office that I have ever dealt with. The customer service is horrible. They rarely answer their phones, and you can never talk to Dr. Reddy. The only person that I can ever get in contact with is my dad’s nurse practitioner (Julius). If someone does answer the phones, it’s some guy, and he’s very rude. I would never recommend this doctors office to anyone!!!
