I was scammed by fraudsters who drained my accounts. I went in to the Cody branch today trying to figure out what to do. Caitlyn helped me with the disputes, changing my account number, and getting me a new debit card. She also put me in contact with their fraud division. I’ve banked here for years and have always been treated well. After all of this fraud gets sorted out, I won’t ever bank anywhere else.

Great bank. Many great options for banking. I even love their kids club banking accounts. I have an account with this bank and I use this bank for shared branching with a bank that is not in Wyoming.

I have had a great experience since switching to Reliant. The staff members at my branch are very friendly, they know my name, they know me, and that means a lot to somebody in a small community. I’m always greeted with a smile and treated well. Debbie seems to always take the time to come say hello and it’s the little things that mean the most. I’ve got no intentions of banking elsewhere and I’ve referred a number of people to Reliant and will continue to do so.
