I has service for 2 days. My apartment found mold had to move me to a new unit. Called to get the transfer they said they had to charge $250 to transfer service. Manager claimed that when I opened my account I started a line of credit. So to move my account he would have to open an additional line of credit. You are not a bank. I was lied to.
