This company does not believe in helping out a customer. I asked for an extension for like 3 extra days and they would not unless I made a partial payment. Not even as a one time curtesy. Nothing.
Horrible company. ON A 106 degree day I was short $53 on my electric bill. I paid all but that and they sent me a new bill. Reflecting the $53 and they tacked it on to my next month's bill but 2 days before that bill was due in the middle of the week over the $53. They shut off my electricity. They had it back on 1 hour after I paid the $53. Which I would have paid but I thought it was already tacked on to the next month's bill.I was gonna wait till I got paid on Friday. And? Reliant has been a nightmare with electricity bills from $400-$550 in the summer from April to September and $280 the rest of the year. Everyday all lights are off and we are still paying almost $400 a month. I can’t wait until my contract ends to go back to my old electricity company.
