I been a customer for almost 5 yrs now, now after my contract expired I started a month to month and expressed that if any changes were made to my service that I will have to be notified, then now they really up charged me this month without Notifying me about the changes. Customer service is very poor, I asked for a supervisor and stated they don’t have one.? Absolutely horrible company and even worse customer service. They took my deposit after I applied for service in person and provided them all necessary documentation at the time. Once they had my money they canceled my service but kept the money. When I figured it out they tried telling me that I applied online and didn’t provide the necessary information. I had to reapply for service and they were requesting an additional deposit after keeping the first one. 0/10 do not recommend this company.
Complete rip off! We are with AMIGO now and bill for 845 w is $35 Reliant was charging in excess of $180 this time last year!
HAVE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY GOING ON 9 YRS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UNTIL ABOUT A MONTH AGO, THEY , THEMSELFS ADMITTINGLY MISSED A BILLING CYCLE ON OUR BILL AND BASICLY DIDNT BOTHER TO INFORM US OF THIS "MISSED" BILLED CYCLE , THE ONLY WAY OF ME FINDING OUT OF THIS ISSUE WAS DUE TO OUR BILL COMING IN AT 2 TIMES THE AMOUNT THAT IT USUALLY IS. This company has to be scamming me i have nothing but a refrigerator plugged in and on top of that i havent been home since i moved in there and my bill is higher each time i was told i would receive a gift card after 3 months that still haven't showed up. Im going to unplug the refrigerator and watch the bill possible law suit im not taking this anymore
