Ever since C.P.& L was bought out by Reliant our bills started to double terribly. I highly do-NOT recommend them at all. From $200-$250) c.p.&L bills to $300-$425 from Reliant...We have been a customer of c.p.&L for over 20 years plus and we've never lacked a payment, good perfect customer.. Now under Reliant we still are now some years with them and we have complained and complained and they're answer is your at the same rate as you were before on the green energy plan.. They handled my situation quickly really happy and I paid my full bill. I will never will be disconnected because I prioritize payment. That customer service is excellent and they have understanding thank you very much reliant energy.
I had two door to door sales reps who came to my apartment complex and were extremely rude banging on my door multiple times, waking up my child and when I approached them I respectfully asked for their name and manager number and they had the audacity to tell me that I was wrong that they only knocked once and could’ve echoed, which my girlfriend who was home heard them knock roughly 4-5 times and even laughing through the door. Wost company ever i leave in a trailer home and my bill came 262 they alway say the same excuse is cos the heat wave the central air or ac and when is cold the same is a cold front to many heater when it just one i can't believe it came 262 when i don't even turn light on
