Been with company four months bill went from $90 $146 $168 never again will I deal with this company. That's it that's all. Barely even at home mind you.... Shut this company 👎
If i could give 0 stars i would. Was a reliant customer for 5 years, had my bill set to autopay and never missed a payment. Had credit card fraud hit me in back to back months which caused my card on file with reliant to decline as it was canceled. When i tried to set up a new credit card payment my account was flagged and i was only allowed to pay with a checking account. I was told i could pay with card in person at walmart which i tried and was unable to complete because reliant doesn't accept amex gift card payments eith... read more
Salespeople are extremely annoying and don’t know when to move on to a new prospect.
