Today, Representatives of reland energy were trying to sell a switchover by working in a Walmart off of White settlement road. The two approaches as we were going by with a cart and they started their spiel hi who's your energy company or whatever and I said sorry I tried reliant before and I'm not doing them I've dropped them Thank you and at that point they got real smart alecky about it and kept talking like smack after we passed them. Worst electricity company I've ever had to deal with. An agent recommended that we pay our bill through Walmart so we did mind you it's 90° and we have two little babies. They told us today it could take TEN days to receive the money and to go back to Walmart and cancel the payment and go back to HEB but we cannot afford to wait for Walmart to put money back into our account.
