They are overcharging people and that's not cool the month to month is suppose to be the cheapest but isn't. They tell you they have a program to help but soon as you miss one payment they charge you 2x your bill and I missed the payment because they tell you they will break down they amount in 4 to 5 payments pull you in with a really cheap installment payment to start then your second is 35 for the payment plan but that 3rd payment in so so high they will and do!!! Just don't.. super expensive especially in a 1 bdr apt.. nearly 200$+ and the stupid oncor charge is ridiculous..

I have been with Reliant since 2004. Great customer service, rates & average billing. No hidden or gimmick fees!
Where do I start. Lol! I have been a customer for YEARS! I didn't realize I was on month to month for those years. I call to see how I can lower my payment. The guy says, you have been month to month for a long time. Which, I had no idea. I just happened to ask. So, from overpaying for a long time, to the guy let me know that average billing would be the way to go. So, I said, lets do it.
