Loyal customer for 9+ years - never again. My bills are through the roof and Reliant did not disclose the full energy charge breakdown. The rep talked so fast I could not understand the terms, and now I am stuck in a contract with a $395 early termination fee I did not agree to clearly. Do your research before choosing this company. Upon installation of a $50,000.00 unit the techs did not add enough coolant. The house felt hot and humid. When they came out to add more coolant, they found that the humidity level was not at the percentage it was supposed to be. The result after a few weeks was water in the ducts and registers. No agarren esta compañía de luz los 2 primeros meses el billete llega bajito luego mes a mes t le van subiendo hasta q llega de 500 dolares y cuando va terminando casi tu contrato t dicen q t pueden cambiar el plan x uno mjor y vuelva a pasar lo mismos 2 meses llega poco y luego t la siguen subiendo y cuando llamas atención al cliente pésimo servicio t dicen q x eso t manda un Contrato y no t colaboran en nada

I enrolled in a plan for my move in on a specific date and thought the process everything was confirmed for that date because in order to even get the keys to my apartment service must start. I go to log in on the account after completing the enrollment and PAYING THEM and it shows service doesn't start until 2 days after the move in. Do not give Reliant Energy your money because Reliant Energy unauthorized my account to be move to a different address I never gave Reliant Energy permission to complete the chang of address. SO Reliant Energy charge me an early cancelation fee of $647.87. The last bill I paid was $93.37. So I spoke to Reliant Energy and I was told " That I would get a reinstatement on my account because I the customer didn't give permission to complete this transaction.
