I had a project that needed a site visit for an accurate quote - this company was the only one of four that I asked for a quote from that gave me a quote without coming on site. The other three companies came on site, got a thorough understanding of what needed to be done, and responded with professional quotes including a thorough statement of work to be performed. I had a wonderful experience with this company. The electrician was so knowledgeable and kind. I honestly didn’t know what to expect- I needed all of my can lighting replaced with LED so I took the advice from them and was so pleased. The lights are beautiful. I also had him replace some of my fixtures as well. The electrician was very nice and professional. Highly recommend. If I could give 6 stars I would!

For a St. Charles electrician, Reliant offered fantastic fast emergency electric service for my flickering lights in my home when I lost power to half of my house. I was so happy that they were able to come out to the house so quickly and resolve my issue.
Absolutely top drawer service from Reliant on our spa install. They were incredibly responsive and punctual and answered all of my questions. I had incomplete information for them on what parts I had already and they went ahead and ordered everything I might have needed to make sure they could complete the work in one day and I was only charged for what I ended up needing. Pricing was fair and I felt it was a white glove experience. Highly recommend.
