Double checked hours last night and early this morning online. This location was supposed to be open till 1 pm. I get here at 12: 10 on lunch break and they are closed with a sign stating they closed at 12. Thanks for ruining my Christmas!
Will be closing my account and moving my loan to another local bank after many years of being a long term customer. I was called by Reliant before Christmas to inform me I had a negative balance due from a Paypal charge on my checking acct (which I haven’t used my checking acct in many, many years). I let the Rep know that I didn’t charge anything to Reliant as I don’t use the checking acct.
