Reliant put in the furnace in our 8-townhouse complex, and we were told that we had to use them to install the AC units as well as the system was complex (which turned out to be untrue). Daniel MacDougall who is the Senior Home Comfort Advisor for Reliant was great to deal with. The journey was to replace the 25 year old water tank (yes 25 year old!) via my neighbour who is a great plumber. But then I wanted to get central air and possibly replace the furnace. We have used Reliant to maintain our furnace and a/c for years. Marty and Aaron have done thorough, high quality work for us each time. We have never had a furnace or a/c failure yet. It pays to keep on top of preventive maintenance with people who know what they are doing.
