Reliant was great! I needed a discontinued remote. Amazon didn't have them (didn't want to go there anyways). There was no replacement. It's a napoleon product and the main office didn't have any. BUT on their shelf, Reliant had one single remote left! They had a great attitude, and helped me out alot ! Will be back again!
Was extremely pleased with the prompt customer service; J.J was awesome getting me help when my furnace stopped working; had the owner come the next day as yes it was getting cold; Robert was very knowledgeable and fixed my problem ASAP; turned out to be thermostat; honest and reliable; didn't try to sell me something I didn't need as in new furnace. Highly recommend.
We are very happy with the installation of our Napoleon furnace and AC a few years ago. Excellent product line and follow up service by their technician is prompt and friendly. This is definitely an HVAC company you can trust.
