The administrator at their Hidden Lake facility near Florissant, MO facility (Harold Lutz) seems to be an uncaring individual with a definite attitude. I arrived to visit a resident, not knowing the facility locks its doors at 4 p.m. They have a phone on the wall with instructions to dial 2400 to gain admittance. Poorly ran company. It is about the money, not the care. They do not treat staff well at all. Staff are just numbers to them.
I started working at South county healthcare center in Arnold Missouri on September 23.2025. We are supposed to be paid every week...it has been a fight every single week for me to get paid right. I was terminated on Friday because I was fighting for 37 hours of regular pay plus my nightshift differential and 13 hours of overtime pay plus my differential. I took care of the odessa facility. They do not pay on time. They expect you to do work for them without knowing if work was approved. I habe been back and forth with the accounts payable for 1 week because they were late 45 days on invoices. Contract was terminated due to the administration trying to find other companies without notifying me of any changes.
