Dr Chaudhury always facilitates the best care possible for her patients. The practice is clean and updated with ease of access to the doctors. They answer the phones constantly and call back if you request. Nothing but good things to say about this place and they contantly go above and beyond for me and my family.
Had a very frustrating experience with this office. The front desk staff appeared inexperienced and unprofessional, honestly, they looked and acted like high school students and were openly gossiping where the entire waiting room could hear, which felt completely inappropriate in a medical setting. There is absolutely no continuity of care, even when you request a specific provider, you end up seeing someone different every time and have to start over at each visit. I was charged for a telehealth visit I never consented to, and my insurance was billed for a two-minute phone call I thought was just a quick check-up, leaving me with a surprisingly large bill. The doctor spent maybe three minutes with me and came in and out of the room multiple times with other people I assume were staff, none of whom she introduced.
