The owner Stephenie was extremely rude to my father and I, then left us high and dry to have to do our taxes somewhere else at the last second never completing the job. DO NOT go here, very unprofessional.
Michelle is very knowledgeable regarding tax laws and keeps her training current. She provides very efficient service in a personable manner. I have recommended her to several friends who have also been highly satisfied with her services and appreciated her in-depth understanding and willingness to explain the work in an understandable manner.
I needed to have a consultation with a tax accountant regarding investment properties. The accountant responded saying she could help me and a date was set. I asked her for her price and she first said $60.00, then $70.00 then $75.00 then said "no, it will be $70.00". I went for the consultation. Very disappointing. It should not have taken 1 1/2 hours, the questions were simple. She got distracted by my last years income tax, made judgements on items which I had confirmed with CRA. Amazing place that dealt with my business taxes. Always great advice and down to earth atmosphere. Very knowledgable at explaining the finer details of taxes that can be complicated. Highly recommend Michelle.
For the last 3 or 4 years, I have gone to Reliance to have my taxes prepared. As my personal situation became more complicated, I could no longer complete returns myself and needed tax expertise to prepare my returns. I have found Michelle to be very knowledgeable and helpful. She has maximized my refund and it has gone through every year. I would recommend her if you are looking for tax preparation help. Doris K.
