When we signed up for our deal, we were offered a free clean at the 6 month period. After several emails over the next 6 months, it still hadn’t been done. It’s now been a year with no more responses or follow up. After sales service has been very poor.
I didn't get my solar installed by this company but I got a quote by them. I got all these other quotes, and the only reason I didn't go with them is because of how cheap they were. When you see the solar panels, you realise how basic and simply they are, every company will turn around and say how good their solar panels are, however they are all made in the same factory usually and there is hardly any technology in them (or not as much as you are led to believe), its your inverters that do most of the work and which you nee... read more
They are scam. I am calling them from Last year to come and fix the inverter and they are just doing empty promises. out 50 times just answered the phone 2 times. Do NOT deals with them.
