Garbage, managed to eliminate the co-pay assistance paying 85% of my prescription.. garbage
Lately when I call, I am on hold forever for someone to take my call to get a refill ordered. Was on hold for 30 minutes and finally had to leave a message. The patient portal has glitches and not always reliable. Update: I did speak with Nicole, the director. I voiced my concerns about long hold times on the phone and portal issues. She was receptive and seemed like she wanted to make things better.
