Prices are high and customer service girl was very rude
Reliance refuses to pick up their tank on our property. We have been asking for over 2 months, had an appt which they never showed up for, and left numerous messages. We need to finish clearing the land and fencing and they are not responding. Yes, we are current on the rental and they have notified us they'd like their tank back. btw we are camp fire and saved our ranch and their darn tank
This company sold out. They are have terrible communication, lie about your bills, you can’t get ahold of anyone. They are no longer a family owned business and no longer care at all.
Updating to add: it has now been 4 months since we paid off their mistake and our tank is STILL locked. We are freezing and they have the audacity to tell us it will be $200 to open. They don't have a usable email address or any way to actually get in contact. --- Really disappointed in this company. They told us we were all settled up on our bill and good to go. Turns out they did not charge us for everything on our invoice! We always pay our bills in full. They sent it to debt collectors without even saying a word to us. W... read more
Went to Reliance to fill a couple 5 gallon bbq tanks, guy in the back was friendly and very helpful. Inquired about their residential service the same day. A day later, Don, the operations manager, come out and assessed our current tank. A gentleman came out the next day and updated our tank and leveled it. Day after that, they came out and filled it!!!! Talk about service and they beat he other compitions price by a considerable amount. Thank you and glad for the business!!!! Thanks again Don.
