The absolute worst customer service. I have had to call twice because they have charged us over 600.00 for propane we didn’t receive, we always pre pay our account & then they said they filled the tank when they in fact did not. We have taken pictures, spoke with multiple workers & been promised it will be resolved multiple times & then we never hear from anyone. I would rather have no hot water than deal with again. I wish they’d just come get their tank so I could go through a company that knows what the hell their doing.�... read more
Do not try and charge camp fire victims for the tanks they rented from you. The tanks that were burned up are your tanks and you needed to have them insured. I am not asking the people that rented my house to pay for it because it burned down.
