Radiator cracked midday on Friday, and they were the only shop in town who answered the phone. They were super nice, got us in quickly, and did a thorough job of not only replacing the radiator, but checking for other leaks and taking it for a test drive to make sure nothing else blew up. 11/10 shop, very glad to have them in the valley
I was traveling thru the area in my 2017 Mercedes Sprinter and my check engine light came on. This was 3:30 pm on a Friday. I called and they told me to come in. They quickly diagnosed the problem as low Blue Def even though I didn't get a message on my dash. They could not have been more professional, helpful or kind. It's so hard to find anyone willing to look at a Sprinter which is amazing based on the amount of them traveling thru the mountains in the summer. If I could leave 10 stars, I would! My husband's radiator blew right as he pulled in, with a food truck, to work a festival a couple weekends ago! Everyone we spoke to was incredibly kind and empathic. We got the truck to the shop after hours on Friday. Not only did they stay late to complete the work, but they sourced all the materials from town. So we had the truck back by Sat afternoon at a very reasonable price!! I can't say thank you enough to everyone who helped us! 10/10 would recommend Reliance Motor Works!
We were traveling through town and needed some repairs on our truck. These guys squeezed us into their busy schedule and had us on the road the next day. Their emergency rate was fair, and they let us hang out with our dogs. Many thanks from Norcal!
